Marcion Luce is partnering with local developer and architect Jeremy Erdreich to develop Kindred Square, a community of single-family modern row houses located at 4276 Second Ave. S. The project will consist of eight free-standing units featuring six three-bedroom and two one-bedroom dwellings that will be between two and three stories tall. The unit sizes will range from 750 to 1,200 square feet, with each residence featuring a private balcony. On-site parking will be available.
