Tenant fitout of lease space, high end finishes

In order to convert an existing restaurant space into a financial institution, MBC had to level the flooring and fur the walls in order to install high quality tile and custom millwork. The result is a high profile project that showcases high end finishes of beautiful oak and mahogany millwork which was custom fabricated offsite. And since this was a fast-track project, MBC completed it in 90 days.
